Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)
Lee Rodriguez is an Executive Vice President and CHRO with WestStar. In this role, she manages all aspects of Human Resources and Learning & Development, including compensation and benefits, payroll, recruitment, employee relations, employee development and retention, and culture for the WestStar organization. Lee is committed to ensuring a great team member experience.
Lee is a member of the Executive Network of the Society for Human Resource Management and is a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (SHRM-SCP). Lee is an alumni of Leadership Texas. Lee is a current member of the Texas Tech University Excellence in Banking HR Committee.
Prior to joining WestStar Bank, Lee was Human Resources Manager at a local real estate investment company and before that she worked in the operations area for a large bank. She is active in the community having served on the boards for the Children’s Grief Center of El Paso and the American Cancer Society. Lee also completed a two-year term as a Commissioner for the El Paso County Civil Service Commission. Lee is also a member of the TBA (Texas Bankers Association) HR Committee.
