
Top Best Practice Award for Workforce Development Initiatives in the State of Texas April 24, 2006 On Thursday, April 20, 2006, the Texas Economic Development Council (TEDC) will recognize El Paso’s Project ARRIBA program as the state’s top workforce development program for 2006 in Texas communities with over 100,000 population. Project ARRIBA was nominated by the El Paso Regional Economic Development Corporation. Carlton Schwab, President of the Texas Economic Development Council, will present the award to Project ARRIBA at TEDC’s quarterly meeting in Frisco. |
