Cisco Networking Training Certificate of Completion The Cisco Networking Academy program teaches students the skills needed to design, build and maintain small to medium-size networks. This program provides the opportunity to enter the workforce and/or further education and training in the computer- networking field. Instruction includes safety, networking, network terminology and protocols, network standards, LANs, WANs, OSI models, cabling, cabling tools, routers, router programming, star topology, IP addressing and network standards. It emphasizes the use of decision-making and problem-solving techniques to solve networking problems. Students participate in hands-on training on Cisco routers and switches in a laboratory environment to enhance the student's knowledge of network configuration. The Cisco Networking Academy training will guide the student to Certification as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). |
