4 - 8 Bilingual Education The mission of the College of Education at UTEP is to prepare effective counselors, diagnosticians, and school administrators, who successfully address the needs of schools and other youth serving agencies, those in multicultural communities. In order to support this mission, of the College strives to demonstrate by example the quality of teaching expected of its graduates, engages in research and scholarly activities, provides educational services to the schools and community. |
