- 100% of program participants are displaced, unemployed or underemployed.
- Over 90% first try pass rate on NCLEX (National Council for Licensure Exam).
- Currently, the program has over A 94% academic retention rate for FY2008 and over a 95% job retention rate once on the job.
- Current average wage before Project ARRIBA is below $7,100/year.
- Current average wage after Project ARRIBA is over $40,000/year with benefits and career path.
- Proven 501(c)(3) CBO (Community Based Organization) w/excellent independent audits.
- Recognized for Collaborative Efforts: BBB Cares, Business Leaders, CDBG through the City of El Paso, Chambers, Employers, County of El Paso, EPCC, Empowerment Zone, EPISO, TWC, URGWDB and HACEP. UTEP and EPCC are educational partners with Project ARRIBA.
