We are requesting your support for the continued success of Project ARRIBA, a high impact economic development program in El Paso, Texas, which focuses on long-term high-skills training for living wage jobs. During this year’s 19th graduation celebration, the board of directors, staff and graduates announced the launch of the Rose Quade-Bonar Scholarship Fund. This scholarship fund was Rose’s idea after her initial diagnosis with cancer. She was an incredible person who impacted the lives of many El Pasoans, but more especially the participants she mentored in the nursing field. If any of you met Rose, you would remember her bright smile and positive outlook on life! She truly was an inspiration to participants and staff alike. Though we lost Rose to her battle with cancer, her memory lives on through this scholarship fund. It is our hope to continue the passion Rose had and continue the work she started through this fund.
