Our grassroots approach to Outreach and Recruitment is a vital way to market our organization to the community. With the support of our faith and community based partner, The El Paso Interreligious Sponsoring Organization (EPISO), recruitment is aimed at the local churches, and other community agencies to bring together groups of people that need a change in the job training market. Focused orientations are performed with EPISO leaders and Project ARRIBA staff to educate the public of El Paso's labor market and program enrollment process. Group discussions are held at the orientation settings to discuss life barriers and other factors hindering training. A holistic approach to recruitment offers the opportunity for applicants to connect with local churches or agencies thereby making them accountable to the community for the investment made.
