Senators John Cornyn and Kay Bailey Hutchison have sponsored Project ARRIBA to receive $95,000 in Workforce Investment Act (WIA) pilot, demonstration and research funds from the Fiscal Year 2009 Labor, Health and Human Services and Education Appropriation. |
